Elevate Insights collects information you provide directly — name, email address, company name, and the description of your business question — when you submit a contact form, subscribe to the quarterly brief, or request a gated download.
We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL) and first-party analytics events (page views, CTA clicks, form submissions) using privacy-friendly analytics tools that do not use cookies or cross-site tracking.
We use your information to: respond to your inquiry, deliver requested research briefs and downloads, send the quarterly NWA Market Brief (if subscribed), and improve the relevance of our content. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver the services described (email delivery via Resend).
Lead and inquiry records are retained for 3 years from the date of submission, unless you request deletion. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@elevateinsights.net.
This site does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible) that processes data in aggregate without cookies or cross-site tracking. A session cookie is used to track download access for gated assets; it contains no personally identifiable information.
