Elevate Insights LLC provides market research and consulting services as described in each project scope. Services are delivered as specified in a written proposal accepted by the client. Elevate Insights does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Invoices are due within 14 days. Work does not begin until the deposit is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their internal business purposes. Elevate Insights retains the right to describe the project type in its portfolio (with client name anonymized unless otherwise agreed).
Research briefs represent Elevate Insights' best analysis of available data as of the delivery date. Market conditions change. Elevate Insights is not liable for business decisions made in reliance on the deliverables.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
