Your question doesn't fit a template? That's fine. Book a free 30-minute discovery call. Amanda will define the scope, confirm what data can answer it, and give you a firm price before any work begins. Multi-question or multi-dataset engagements are scoped above the floor.
Decision-ready research briefs for product manufacturers, regional brands, and businesses sizing a market or mapping competitive white space. National in scope, specific in output.
TAM/SAM/SOM with full methodology, demand drivers, seasonality, and comparable market benchmarks. 12–20 page brief, full source list, 30-min debrief.

Benchmark pricing across comparable products and channels, demand elasticity estimate, a specific price recommendation with confidence range, and a post-launch testing framework. 12–18 page brief + debrief.
Customer segmentation, buying drivers, channel preferences, and a 3–5 year category trend horizon. Single-market scope. At $5,500+, primary research (interviews or survey) is included. Deliverable: 14–22 page brief + debrief.
Full market intelligence across two or more geographies or retail channels: sizing, competitive mapping, segmentation, and trend horizon for each market, plus a cross-market synthesis and recommendation. 20–30 page brief, full source list + debrief.
Ongoing competitive and category monitoring for brands and Walmart suppliers: a quarterly intelligence digest tracking pricing, assortment, new entrants, and channel shifts. Flat monthly rate, no long-term commitment.
When a standard framework doesn't fit your question, Elevate designs a custom methodology. Research design is shared and approved before any work begins. Genuinely multi-geography scopes are quoted as a Multi-Market analysis (above), not at this floor. Priced after discovery call — no commitment until the scope is defined.

Your project doesn't fit neatly above? That's common at the supplier level. Book a discovery call. Amanda will define the scope, confirm what's deliverable, and give a firm price before any work begins. No project starts without a signed scope.
On deliverables
Every price range has a deliverable that matches it — not a one-size-fits-all brief adapted from a larger scope. A Business Snapshot is 5 pages because that’s what $500–$750 can produce honestly. A deep Market Intelligence brief is 20 pages because that’s what $5,500–$11,000 requires. If a deliverable can’t be right-sized to your budget, Amanda will tell you in the discovery call before taking the work.
How a project works
A free call to define your question, confirm the right service, and agree on timeline and price. No project starts without a clear question and a signed scope.
Amanda executes the agreed scope and delivers by the committed date. You're notified before the work begins if anything changes. No surprises, no scope creep without approval.
Every project ends with a 30-minute debrief to walk through findings, answer questions, and confirm the recommendation is clear enough to act on.
The Elevate guarantee
“If we cannot define a clear, answerable question, we won’t take the work. If the research fails to answer the question we agreed on, we will refund or redo it at no charge. That commitment applies to every project — a $500 Business Snapshot and a $15,000 line review preparation get the same standard.”
Pricing FAQ
Because operators deserve to know the cost before the first conversation. The discovery call refines scope and confirms the number. The range is public before you ever book.
A 5-page brief covering 4–6 of your direct competitors: what they charge, how they position, and where there's room for you. Built entirely from secondary research (no surveys, no primary fieldwork). It's a structured professional scan, not an opinion. Most clients use it to confirm what they already suspect or to discover something they didn't know to look for. Turnaround: 3–5 days.
Two things: scope and depth. NWA Local Business research is built around Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and the surrounding corridor. Deliverable sizes and price points are right-sized for local operators, not national brands. Market Intelligence briefs are national in scope, larger in format (12–22 pages), and priced accordingly. If you're a local business owner, the NWA practice is the right fit.
It means your question is real and we take it seriously, even if it doesn't fit a named package. A custom scope might combine competitive and customer research into one brief, cover an unusual geography or category, or require a different deliverable format (presentation vs. written brief, for example). Book a free discovery call and Amanda will scope it before you commit to anything.
Yes. For projects over $2,500, a 50% deposit is due at kickoff and 50% on delivery. Payment arrangements for larger Walmart supplier engagements are discussed during scoping.
If the scope expands materially, Amanda will notify you before proceeding and issue a revised estimate. No surprise invoices, ever.
Rush timelines are available for most services. Rush projects (needed in under half the standard turnaround) add 20–30% to the base price. Ask during your discovery call. If it's possible, Amanda will tell you what it costs.
Not required. Every project is defined and priced individually. For clients with recurring needs, two subscriptions are published: a Quarterly Business Intelligence Digest for local businesses at $400/month, and a Quarterly Intelligence Subscription for brands and Walmart suppliers at $1,200/month. Each delivers a competitive monitoring digest every quarter at a flat monthly rate, with no long-term commitment.
The 30-minute discovery call is always free. For a small number of genuinely complex custom engagements that need a detailed scoping workup before a firm quote, an optional Scoping Sprint is available at $500, credited in full toward the project if you book it. You'll only ever be offered this up front; it is never a surprise charge.
If Elevate cannot answer your question with good data, we won't take the work. You'll know this within 48 hours of the discovery call, with a clear explanation of why and, where possible, a suggestion for who can help.
